Terms and Conditions for all Services 

The above prices are for weekly and bi-weekly (every other week) mowing. Please ignore the subtotal which adds both prices. You may choose between either recurring service to start. If we ever have to switch your lawn from weekly service to bi-weekly service and vice versa, the price would change in accordance with that. Many customers choose weekly initially and at the end of the season switch to bi-weekly as the grass slows down.

This mowing service includes the following per service; mowing of the property as specified above, trimming in around perimeters and areas where our mowers cannot go, edging concrete or paved walkways, and all hard surfaces blown off.

It does not include the removal of grass clippings from the property. During certain times of the year the thatch becomes very thick and we do our absolute best to minimize it and may advise that if you are bi-weekly that you switch to weekly. Even then, thatch may still be thick. Thatch removal will be an up-charge if requested. Any property services beyond what is listed is not included.

If you would like services such as weed control, pruning, flowerbed maintenance, storm debris clean-up etc., please let us know and we will be happy to add that to the estimate or to do these by request as needed for an additional up-charge.

Mowing is considered a recurring service and for all recurring services we do require a card on file that will be charged after each visit. Upon acceptance of this estimate, an email with a secure link will be sent to you for you to add your card. We also can add the card for you over the phone if you would rather. This helps streamline things and ensures that your lawn care experience is seamless and hassle free!

Please note, the price given is for the property as it was when our estimator viewed it. Any changes to the property can and will change the price of the service, ex: clearing land, added mowing or trimming areas, buildings added to the property, etc. If changes are made our estimator will draw up a new estimate with the new price. Depending on the changes, the price may increase or decrease and is determined by several factors such as added or decreased difficulty, clearance for our commercial mowers, and time increase/decrease for the service.

This service includes all of the work stated above in the service lines and descriptions. Any work requested in addition to this estimate will be considered an additional work request and will be an up-charge and will be added to the final billing. Time-permitting, most additional work requests can be completed in the same day with a price given on the spot and added to the final billing. For large additional requests, our estimator will need to provide a detailed separate estimate and price.
