Fall & Winter Services

We don't stop when the mowing stops! We are here to take care of your property needs year-round!

Leaf Services

Our leaf clean-up services range from leaf blowing to leaf removal. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and one-time leaf services. Many of our clients like leaves to be dealt with on a regular basis so that their yard is kept up with. The price for these services is determined by lot size, leaf layer thickness, and if leaf disposal is done onsite or requires hauling.

Over Seeding and Aerating

Varying year to year, seeding and aerating in the fall is typically done in late September to early November. Aerating introduces oxygen into the soil while ground temperatures during this season are still warm enough for the germination of the grass seed. First, we aerate and seed. We would then return 4-6 weeks after germination to fertilize the lawn. Regular watering after the planting is critical to the germination of the grass seed and we highly advise that you invest the time in order to achieve successful grass growth.

Fall Mulching

In the fall, mulch adds that fresh layer of beauty to your flower beds right before the holiday season! Fall is also a great time to reclaim overgrown flower beds, as the summer growth frenzy has died down. Many of our customers opt for regular property maintenance to keep their flower beds free of overgrowth and manageable.

Fall & Winter Pruning

Heavy pruning for several bushes, hedges, and ornamental tree varieties is done in the fall and winter. Many plants are no longer flowering and have gone dormant, making it the ideal time for them to be pruned in order to keep them manageable and unharmed by the pruning. This will spur on better and more shapely growth and flowering in the Spring and Summer months.
